It's been a snowy week...

...and I couldn't be happier!

The week begins at dawn in Duthie Park

Tuesday sees a trip to Dunecht Estate

Where I roll in the snow

And yet more snow falls

I pause for a snack...

... while Gail warms up

Snow deepens as we reach Dunecht House

And I audition for Abominable Snowdog

Back home, this is the scene on our street

On Wednesday I meet a handsome friend in the park

Then pose by the frozen River Dee on Thursday

Ice is nice, right?

I end the week in a blur of joy!

Happy Nature Friday friends. I do hope you've been enjoying the weather in your neck of the woods!

  2. Wow - so much snow Bertie! What fun you've had, you really look as though you're enjoying yourself, but I hope that your little paws weren't cold.
Did Gail build you a snowman in the garden?
It's very warm here - 19º overnight, so we shan't get any snow any time soon.

    Love,
    Inca xx

  3. Your snow is so beautiful, Bertie, and we can tell that you are loving it! Ice is nice as long as it stays on the ponds and not under our feets.

  5. How pawsome that you have some snow! It looks like you have really been out enjoying it too. We are not out much the past week, nor will we be until later next week. Our temps are dangerously cold, -20 to -25 celcius, so we are just taking short fast walks until it warms up.

  7. What an absolutely gleeful post Bertie. Might I say that you are a most fashionable WFT such a variety of lovely jumpers and snow coats.
A roll in the snow looked like a ton of fun did you collect any snowfreaks on your undercarriage.
Hugs and Happy Valentine Weekend to you and Gail

    1. Hi Cecilia,
Thank you for your lovely comment. As always much appreciated. In answer to your question, my undercarriage remained clear, but I did accumulate some of those pesky snowballs on my legs and in my beard. Not enough to stop my bouncing though!
      Toodle pip!
      Bertie.

  8. Wow, you sure look like you're having fun!! The snow looks nice and soft around you. When we get it here, it's all hard and crunchy, and I hate to walk on it.
