Happy Nature Friday folks! And thanks for all the sartorial advice on Wednesday. So I'm going with tartan by day and the starry fabric for jammies this weekend at Inshriach. You'll have to wait until early next week for the full report on Hemp and much more.
Meanwhile, enjoy these photos of our first sighting of snow on the mountains this season. It's always a bit of a thrill, isn't it?
that is beautiful... but glad that you wear your own tartan, it looks fresh....

Excellent choices Tartan by day and Starry by night. Bertie you and Gail show us the most amazing and breathtaking nature photos. You had a sheep sighting too. Well done on all your poses I hope there were cookies for your efforts. I love your header!!
ReplyDeleteBryan and I eagerly await more details...so many questions?
Hugs cecilia
OMD Bertie, the snow looks so nice against the Autumn colors! We are supposed to get the first major snow in our mountains this weekend. Good for the drought, but bad for our weekend plans.
ReplyDeleteGreat wardrobe choice, we look forward to hearing all about your visit!

Wow - your snow is just beautiful, Bertie!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely pictures, Bertie! We can't wait for our first snow here.
ReplyDeleteI love snow caps on mountains, but they are a sigh of cold trouble ahead.
ReplyDeleteWe're so glad we helped you reach a decision Bertie. We do hope you're having a splendid time.
ReplyDeleteSnow capped mountains must be exciting, but I've never seen them, and it would be quite a surprise if we had them here. My human says that, long before me, they once had actual snow on the ground, but it had gone by morning. They have also had snow on the hills opposite, but that disappeared in 15 minutes! Instead we have rain, it poured all day yesterday and today we're not going out until it's cleared up. Looking at the black skies, it won't be any time soon!
Love,
Inca xx
Absolutely beautiful photos. It strikes me that the sheep is on the wrong side of each fence....A guard sheep?
ReplyDeletewhat snow? all I see is a SHEEP in the road. ha ha.. that would be as shocking as seeing the snow on the mountain OR even a Mountail. ha ha.. what a stunning view, all of it, from bottom to the amazing snow coverred mountain top
ReplyDeleteWe loved seeing your beautiful pictures of the snow on the mountain tops.
ReplyDeleteDelightful pictures, Bertie but chilly looking!
ReplyDeletehave a great weekend, both of you. Your photos are gorgeous. Wish we had snow here.
