Weird exercises

Early in the morning, a new group of humans, in addition to the usual dog walkers, runners and commuting cyclists, are appearing in park and down by the river. Gail says they are 'gym refugees'. They can easily be identified by their tendency to perform weird exercises, quite unselfconsciously.

I'm pleased to report that they, along with all the other humans in the park, are fully respecting the social distancing rules. To be honest, I am more than happy to steer clear of these newcomers - who knows whether they really will manage to maintain their balance and not fall over on top of you while leaping around and making strange arm movements......

Well, that's a different form of visual entertainment, I suppose Bertie lad! We just need some of that Southern sun to come up our way to make life a little more tolerable, eh? Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  4. You have very interesting mornings, Bertie. The first photo looks as though gym girl wants to jump into the river but she's not close enough☺ I love your new header photo!

  5. It isn't just that they might fall over you, Bertie - they might insist that you and Gail join in!
You look very handsome in your new header photo and that bandana really suits you.

  9. We agree, there are so many people in our city park now, where we used to have it mostly to ourselves! Bikers, joggers and yoga people all over the place!

  12. Exercise-aholics!!! Weird for sure. Mom says people must think she is weird because when she walks, she does some of the bending and straightening exercises. She tries to do them when no one else is around:)

  14. It's good to get out of the house and stretch those legs! I imagine it's hard for people who want to pet you to stay away!
