A Potentilla moment

Do you even have one of those weeks when your human is super busy at work and the only 'nature' you see is the shrub in front garden which is in your line of sight as you stare forlornly out of the window waiting for her to come home?

PS Our Potentilla is having a bit of a moment this year, having miraculously survived a near-death experience at Gail's hands during our uncommonly dry summer in 2018.

    Bertie bless your little forlorn heart...you never ever NO never get to go anywhere. LOL
    Now to be fair I am quite sure for a traveler such as you even staying home for a few hours is torture. BUT Potentilla do make for a beautiful view. I will be looking this little jewel up on Google. It is new to me

    Oh Bertie - you look so sad ! I wish I lived near to you, then we could come and take you for an extra walk, when Gail has to go to work.

    That is one beautiful plant to look out on, but I am sure you would rather be outside sniffing it! My mom gets too busy sometimes too, hope you get some good walks in soon, because we like to tag along via all the great photos you show us!
