In the driving seat...

Can you believe Gail went off partying in Cumbria last weekend and didn't take me!

Well, truth to tell, it wasn't all bad news 'cos I got to stay over with my Westie girlfriends Florrie and Lucy and went out for a drive in their very swish car.

These are the two girls (well, actually Florrie, on the left, is a midde aged lady dog now, and rather a bossy one at that....)

I was supposed to travel in the back with them.

My highly intelligent and observant readership will be able to work out the flaw in the arrangement.

So this is where I ended up.

  2. You are being soooooo good. Did they drug you? I'd have my head out the window, or at least doing some nose art on a closed window.

  3. Yuh, but it would have been a more exciting post to see the car rocking and the terriers flying in the back compartment.

  4. Clearly a copilot was required up front...or are you the seat belt?

  5. Florrie sounds like King-Toffee, so I'm not surprised you are in the front seat! Perhaps I'm not as observant as I am supposed to be...why were you in the front seat??? Are you scared of the girls, Bertie, or is it just that you don't sit still?
    Questions! Questions!

Now we don't want you driving until your Auntie Bailey comes to take you out for lessons.
She is a most excellent driver!
What is Gail thinking of ...... going off to enjoy herself!

  13. I see that you decided not to be a backseat driver! It looks like you found the most comfortable place in the car.

  15. Oh! Moma said (really loud and with lots of enthusiasm) THAT LOOKS SO FAMILIAR! Seems she was having memories of Molly. She'll have to tell ya that story someday ... but right now we've made her promise to help us catch up.

    (It's comfy, isn't it!)
