Patiently posing, up to a point...


When yellow birch leaves dapple paths,
and bracken turns to rust (its final stand),
and dreich autumnal chill preserves the post-rain mud, 
then Nature Friday posing starts to pall, 
and soon you'll see a damp still handsome butt, 
disappearing down the hill.

And that first photo if you laid down facing the camera you would be pretty much camouflaged with the pathway and if he stepped off out into the side off the pathway and lay down I think we wouldn't even be able to tell you where there. I wish I was there to walk down that beautiful path with you
