Romping in the Aberdeenshire hills


Are we too late for the LLB Gang's Nature Friday?

You won't believe this but today we actually had sunshine almost all day!

And it was even (sort of) warm...

In Scotland one learns to seize the moment, and so Gail took me for a long walk in the hills. We did the Pressendye circuit - nine miles, and wonderful views the whole way round.

It rather goes against my principles, but Gail is insisting that for once I let the pictures do the talking...

    OMD Bertie, carpe diem indeed! It was even half-way decent over this way (apart from the two or three blatterings), but sadly I am feeling far from springy, or bouncy so just stared at it through the window. You look so happy at your romp and am willing to bet that your Gail has a similar look on her face! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

    A picture says a thousand words....so true. What a glorious day! So happy Gail decided on the walk instead or gardening. We love you walking through the trees best, but all the pictures are fabulous.

      I am pleased to tell you that Gail NEVER chooses gardening over a walk in the hills. Hence the state of our garden...
