Dancing through the Daisies
A backdrop of May blossom, bright and delightful,
And lush spring-soft grasses caress tender paws,
I daintily dance through the daisies, while mindful
Of the scent of sweet cicely tickling my nose.
Happy Nature Friday friends!
we love it ... and it would make a good title for a song... dancing through da daisies sounds better than dancing in the dark or in da rain or something like that
ReplyDeleteLove your poem and pretty spring flowers, Bertie. Mom hasn't seen Sweet Cicely in years!
ReplyDeleteYou look great with the pretty spring flowers!

We love your poem Bertie and you sure look good posing among those flowers.
ReplyDeleteA fabulous poem, Bertie. And the scenery is just gorgeous--one of those days and places where you just want to run madly in circles.
ReplyDeleteAlas, it's -1°C here at the moment, and dark.
That was a marvelous poem, Bertie. Everything there looks so green and springlike. We bet that grass feels great under your paws.
