Now Bertie.... Bella's been watching a series of programs about Scotland. Neil Oliver has been ALL OVER, and there's been very little rain. So we think you may be pulling our legs.

We would freak out seeing clouds like that here....that would look a lot like tornado type weather. But what is this racing back to the car thing....we thought you wee Scottish types loved the rain :)
