Newsflash!

I know I said this blog would be quiet for a couple of weeks, but I'm so happy and I absolutely had to share this with you.

See how I made the human grandparents smile on Christmas Day, as I supervised the important task of present unwrapping.

Hope you all had a super duper Christmas Day too.


PS It won't be any surprise to my UK readers that it is all very soggy in Nottingham just now. Many of my favourite walking routes by the river Trent are flooded and impassable...
 No-one ever wrote a song about 'Dreaming of a Wet Christmas' did they?

    It's very soggy here too and we're off to the panto today to watch young Tom fly across the Derby Assembly Rooms stage as Wendy's brother John.

  20. Ohhhhh the rain, the rain, we've had loads down in Surrey, we even had thunder on Christmas morning and with the rain comes mud, lots and lots of mud, yuck! Lets hope for snow soon, at least that's pretty. X
