Not Scottish Nationalists

Gail is considering buying a new Mini, and I want us to have it painted like this one (which belongs to a neighbour).

But she says no Bertie, people will think we're Scottish Nationalists.

Which apparently we are not, despite all the lovely lochs.

    Not sure having a big X on the roof of the car is a good idea; makes it look like a target. Got any RAF bases nearby?

    Apropos of your last post, there was a story on our national news shows a day or two ago about some guy with new photos of what he alleges is Nessie. Looks like an overturned rowboat to us, but he swears it was gray and swam around for several minutes - but he only had still photos. Is Loch Ness an open to the sea loch, or enclosed? We inferred it was fresh water, so enclosed. So what would Nessie eat, once she'd gobbled all the fish in the loch? If she's some kind of plesiosaur, she'd be a fish eater.

    Bertie, Why does Gail never take your advice? I can't figure it out. I think it would be totally cool, maybe you could surprise her and paint it yourself after she gets a new car.

    Nice Mini Bertie but do agree about the fact it looks like the Scottish flag and what's wrong with that? If it was good enough for the Olympics!!!!!!! Have a terrific Thursday.

    We love mini's and I think that our Mommy should buy one bcuz it would be the pawfect car for us Doxie's!

    Oh Bertie, I think those 'mini-Mini's' (that were ferrying the javelins and the discusses(sp) around at the Olympics are much, much cuter!
    Can you imagine the fun we'd have chasing them around. I think Gail should speak to the Olympic committee. Let me know...I'll join you.

    Hi Bertie,
    I like George’s idea, but instead of picking a roof design you could ask Gail to get you a Mini Cabrio so you can truly experience the Scottish weather. I can picture you with the wind (or haar) in your fur, as you sit in the fornt seat, on your outings with Gail.

    Not Scottish Nationalists? I did not know! The Mini does look cool painted that way, but since you are not Scottish I think you should just blow up a picture of your handsome face and put it on the roof of your new Mini. Wouldn't that be cool?! No bird would dare poop on that!
