Windy cliff walk and compliments

So I want to tell you how, at the end of our Sunday walk along the cliffs with Kirsty, a lovely couple stopped Gail in the carpark at Newtonhill and asked if they could take my photo* to send to their son in London. Apparently the family used to have a fox terrier and miss him loads. And, not that I'm boasting or anything, but when Gail told them I'm eleven years old they said they had thought I was much younger as I looked so slim and fit. And they also complimented me how little my dark markings had faded with age, and commented on my alert but friendly demeanour.

It's nice to be appreciated, isn't it?

*Gail wonders whether, in the history of the universe, any proud dog owner has ever refused when someone comes up, praises your dog's looks and asks to take his photo!

  3. compliments are alwasy welcome for sure. looking at these three photos, I am thinking who would NOT ask to take your photos. these are awesome as are the views behind you.. echo here what Yam said, she is so good with words... I once saw a labradoodle inside our Walmart store. his dad was sitting waiting on prescriptions and the doodle was sitting beside him. I asked to pet and take a photo and then did not want to leave..while my friend the bird lover was taking bird pics at the beach, i stopped at every dog and took photos..

I kinda saw that the wind might be blustery your very perfect WFT tail was leaning a bit.
I have never had anyone refuse my request to take a photo of their pups
