    A/c was corrected the next day bright and early..there was supposed to be a homeowner's service contract with that bunch but we got out of that w/o any problems and signed on with another company whom we still used today.
    The builder dropped the ball on the piggy tail purchase evidently it always needs purchasing. We bought a new stove back with the kitchen reno in 2006. I must have reminded the builder a 100 times about buying it. One would thing the stove would come with it.
