Hello I'm on the train

And heading home to Aberdeen
And the Wi-fi is actually working.
And Gail has just discovered Photo Booth on her MacBook…
And if you are wondering why I am, somewhat unusually, wearing my red harness, well, let's just say one word.

  1. Well, these pictures are lovely of you and Gail and of course, the scenery out the windows! You don't seem terribly interested in looking at the camera or computer - maybe you were confused. LOL.

p.s.: blogger is being a brat and hiding our posts. Please be sure to visit us as we are posting Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (usually) even if you don't see a post of ours in your feed on your dashboard. Thanks.

  5. Lovely photos! I guess now I can believe all the old British rail posters that warn not to leave your dog at home! I had no idea you could actually accompany Gail on the train!

  25. Oh Bertie I do remember you Newcastle excursion! Why the doors opened and you said this is my stop and jumped of the train. But unfortunately it was not Gail's stop. So what was the big deal it was just a little side trip and those can be the greatest fun.
Your train system has to be far better than ours. Why we had a train derail last week killing peeps. I am glad dogs are not allowed on here in the states. Well service animals are allowed but "Service animals are not allowed to sit in the aisle or on seats."
I like your train rules better.
    Thanks for being a friend

    1. SW I'll let you into a secret. We don't think dogs are allowed to sit on the train seats in the UK either. But the rules say nothing about sitting on humans... (And Scotrail staff are mostly super dog friendly and tend to turn a blind eye to minor infractions anyway! )
