At this time of year the pre-work walk in Duthie Park takes place in darkness.
Most of us pups wear lights on our collars or high vis jackets, so our owners can spot us from afar. My light flashes blue and red.
One lady this morning said it's like being down at the disco.
Now the photos below were actually taken at the weekend, when the sun had risen just enough so that you could actually see me in the picture!
Didn't I pose nicely while Gail was filming the wee movie?
A lucrative modelling contract beckons, for sure.
Love the flashing lights....does Gail wear one too?
ReplyDeleteWe laughed at you standing so still for a MOVE-ie.....
That's some frost you have there, or is it snow.
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
We think you were just mesmerized by the blinking lights. Or were you guiding a plane in for a landing? Actually a very sound safety bling for your collar.
ReplyDeleteBertie, you are a perfect model and so festive.

Looking cold there Bertie. Stay warm. Have a terrific Thursday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Makes me want to shake my booty. I, too, wear a beacon on dark walkies. Momma gets quite agitated whenever we encounter another walker without any lights or reflective gear. What are they thinking?

Your disco light is adorable, and I am glad you are taking safety seriously! A dog disco sounds delightful

Those lights are wonderful, Gail...I've not seen them here. You are also very dedicated to do the pre-work walks - especially in that cold. I think I would be tempted to get a treadmill. :)
ReplyDeleteLotsaluv from your friends in SA
Love your LIGHT SHOW... I am also wondering if you have Gail wear one also... you KNOW how peeps tend to Wander Off... it would be much safer fur her.
ReplyDeleteBerti - Very Festive. The Star in the East .
ReplyDeleteBBUUUURRRRR!! It looks very cold at your disco, Bertie!!

We love your blinker! We wear them too when out walking in the dark. Best to be safe. It's like having your very own Christmas light show!

OMDs Bertie we had no clue about the flashlights on pups but is certainly makes perfect sense in the dark months of winter. Today's post also confirms the fact that you are a twinkling star in Blogville.
ReplyDeleteHugs Madi your BFFF
That would be useful!
ReplyDeleteMind you, I would probably walk around trying to eat it all the time!
