I'll bet your grandpa is a fangtastic fella to talk with. I am sure he has many interesting thingys to say... All that education... and a PILOT too?? What a totally fascinating life he has led. NOW I see where all of your interest in science comes from... It's in your furs. hehehee
Bertie, our Mom has something to say to Gail so we'll turn this over to her.
Gail, all I can say is enjoy your Dad as much as you can - these days are precious - he looks like such a sweetie!! I lost my Dad four years ago, but I am so thankful for the memories of that wonderful man. Like you, I thought he was the best Father ever.
How wonderful it is to have your dad around. You must be as proud of him, as he, most certainly, will be of you! (I miss my dad) Remember to make the best of each precious moment. The present is exactly that - a 'present'. Sending lotsaluv MAXMOM IN SOUTH AFRICA
What a wonderful photo Bertie. I bet you will both have a few things you can teach each other. Gail's Dad looks like a very nice man! How could he not, with you cuddled up to him!
It looks like you have found yourself a pawsome lap to lie on Bertie. Did you and your human-grandad discover any new theories about thermal heat transfer, or were you both too busy just enjoying the moment?
Yep. Inspiration, it is. In so many ways. Inspiration to grow "old" with so much strength and character. Inspiration to cuddle up close. Inspiration to enjoy every moment. And inspiration to capture moments like this on film.
Thank you. We know what we'll be doing in a few months... xx Jake and Fergi (and OurMoma)
