A less than thrilling weekend outing

The walk to the Ford Service Centre is not Aberdeen's most  picturesque.

What's more, it is very boring waiting your turn at reception.

And when you do spot something interesting,

You want to investigate,

But are promptly dragged back.

Life is not all wine and roses.

Struth, that is quite the contrast to the freedom of the Luib, heh na Bertie lad?! Still and all, it means the car will ensure you get to many more better weekends now it has been attended to, I'm sure.

Now I gotta tell ya lad, I awoke this morning and the first person to mind was you, dear pal - wondering about your paw; I trust things are much improved??? hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  5. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY WORD BERTIE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A CAR SERVICE CENTER BUT HAVE HAD TO ENDURE THE WHINING OF MY PEEPS WHO DO GO TO THEM. My peeps either have to wait a gazillion years for their car to be serviced or drive two cars so they aren't stuck there waiting. Most recently they have only driven one and waited and waited. Dad says the wait is to get folks to look at all the new cars on the lot. MOLMOL
    Hugs madi your bfff
PS I hope your itchy feet are better

  7. We've never been to a car service centre...we suspect we miss out on lots of things because there are three of us. Oh well, at least there was a walk involved.

  8. Well Bertie, you can't always visit such beautiful places as Switzerland, Torridon, or the Highlands. Sometimes you have to be content with the mundane.
Petite-Chose has been to the car service place, but she stayed in the car, when our mom peep went into the reception. Usually our peeps take one another and just leave one car there, and usually they leave us at home. It's a bit of a struggle to get us both in Mom peep's car - it's only a little Peugeot, so they tell us to look after the house. And we do, but we don't know if it's going anywhere when the peep's are away !
Hope your poorly paws are quite mended?

Love from Petite-Chose and Inca xx
