I am all about silver linings

Did you realise, horrid Mr. Burglar, that you stole my rival?
You see, Gail's lap was not quite big enough for MacBook and me.
Oh how lovely it has been this week to cuddle undisturbed.
I have noticed that quite often we breathe in synchrony.

The iPad mini rests lightly on my back.
Attempts at posting photos fail, but
You can picture me, I'm sure,
Relaxed, content, a wiry comfort blanket.

  4. Finding silver linings are good - does this mean Gail got a white and silver iPad mini (instead of a black one)? Whatever the colour of her new computer it sounds like you are now in the perfect spot for winter.

  7. I just have a desk computer, so I can help my self to a cuddly dog or cat almost any time I want to. (The cat is best at it, she purrs and kneads you with her paws simultaneously)

    Cheers to both of you!

  10. Wonderful picture in my imagination of you and Gail cuddled on a chair blogging away. We like it when Muzzer takes either the Nook or the laptop to bed, because we can bracket her and see all our friends!

  13. So sorry to read that you were burgled, and whilst you were in the house! Thank goodness Bertie was okay too. Any luck finding the culprit/s, may be not, but perhaps Bertie will recognise him/them when walking down a street some place...let's hope he can tell you who they are :)

  18. Well we can tell Horatio is a real bore. Gail seems super athletic to us, mom is very impressed with her prowess. She has no athletic ability at all and the one time she played racket ball in the eye. As for the wellington boots thing, isnt that what they are for? I mean they protect the humans leg so well
