Perfect Autumn Weekend

 Fine walks

Splendid scenery

Fiery Autumn colours

A tranquil loch (yes, for a nanosecond, we had no wind....)

And at the end of it all, a cosy evening in front of the fire with a good book.

  19. Hey there my Bertie-bud':

    "I sees how it is,
    I really do!
    You're on a field trip
    with only YOU!

    How could you do that,
    my bestest mate?
    Leaving me behind?
    Consider your fate!

    I loves the trees
    and all the hills
    grassy verges
    and waterfall spills!

    But left me behind
    You did! You did!
    No field-trip for me
    Despite my bid!

    You went by yourself
    forgot us it seems!
    Taking on Scotland
    not sharing our dreams!!!

    So next time my friend,
    you must NOT FORGET...
    To take me along...
    I'm your best bet!
